ACC Alumni Benefits

Austin Community College alumni can take advantage of lifelong learning opportunities, career services, special offers, and more through the ACC Alumni Network.

All degree or certificate recipients, or former students who have completed at least 20 credit hours at ACC are automatically enrolled in the association.

ACC Services

Automotive Services: Diagnostics and Repair

The ACC Automotive Technology program offers services minus the labor costs and is a benefit to the students who learn by performing real world vehicle diagnosis and repair. There is an initial $45 shop fee. Once the problem has been diagnosed and a repair plan suggested, parts may be provided by the car owner or ACC can provide the parts at a discount.

Alumni may view job boards to search for jobs and internships. Employers may post a job or internship on the site and recruit from ACC students.

Children’s Lab School Childcare

The ACC Children’s Lab School is a full-day, year round early childhood program that serves children from 6 months to 5 years of age. It is licensed by the Texas Department of Family Protective Services (TDFPS) and accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs (NAECP), a division of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Culinary Arts Holiday Sales

Every December and Spring the Culinary Arts Department sells Winter Holiday Cakes and Valentines chocolates. Proceeds go to the Culinary Arts Scholarship Fund.

Dental Clinic

ACC’s Dental Hygiene Program offers preventative services at very affordable prices. Patients must be 6 years and older and have time in their schedule for 3-5 appointments to last 3 hours each. Fees for cleanings, x-rays, cancer screening, and treatment are only a fraction of the cost since the clinic is a teaching facility. Every procedure is checked by a licensed dental professional.
